"Perhaps the best exercise one can do for the heart is to reach out and help another..." No child should ever be turned away from the YMCA due to financial hardship. That's why this year, our members and volunteers put their hearts into asking you for your help. The Strong Kids Campaign provides assistance to children, individuals and families who would otherwise be unable to participate in the wholesome activities at the YMCA. Without your help, and your heart, many of these kids may never know what it feels like to be part of team, part of a caring environment, part of a community. www.ymcagc.org/give
