This YMCA parent/child program has a rich history going back 50 years. This unique program is designed to strengthen the relationship between father and daughter. The emphasis is on spending regularly scheduled quality time together. It is time when the parent and child can give their full attention to each other…time when they can learn to appreciate and enjoy each other…time when they can learn to relate in ways that will last a lifetime.

Who:          Girls 5-12 years old

When:        September 2010 - June 2011 (1 tribe & 1 nation event every month)

Where:      Tribe Meetings rotate among members' houses and events include

                  Pajama Bowling, Valentine's Dance &  more!!

Cost:          $75 Program Fee, $25 Reg. fee per daughter for the first two daughters. 

                   $0 for any additional daughter.

                   Add'l charge for individual events.

                   $35 Program Fee after January 1, 2011

December 12th (December 11th is the build) – Mt. Pleasant Christmas Parade – CHICKASAW

December 16th – Secret Santa Christmas Party at Cannon Street YMCA

January 22nd – Pajama Bowling – KIAWAH

February 20th – Semi-Formal Daddy/Daughter Harbor Cruise – SE/COOSAWATCHIE

March 18th-20th – Santee Tent Camping – CHICKASAW

April 9th – Square Dance – SE/COOSAWATCHIE

May 13th-15th – Camp Thunderbird – IROQUOIS

June 4th – Whirling Waters Waterpark – CHEETAH
