The Berkeley County Family YMCA is proud to be the host for the Festival in the Park. This event celebrates the 4th of July and is held in the beautiful Old Santee Canal Park in Moncks Corner. The event features food vendors, craft persons and artists from all around the state. There are jump castles and water slides for the kids and music for everyone. The day ends with a fantastic fireworks show that can be seen for miles around. Many people enjoy the show from their boats on the Cooper River, as the show is actually shot off of a barge placed in the river. The admission for this event is free with donations for the fireworks show taken at the gate. Everyone is WELCOME!
