Cane Bay Family YMCA
The Cane Bay Family YMCA opened on April 27, 2019.
This highly anticipated project features a 54,000-square-foot health/wellness facility with a 25-yard swimming pool, full basketball court, jogging track, wellness center, indoor/outdoor multipurpose spaces and even a library. The 5,000-square-foot library is a full service and the first of its kind collaboration between a county library and a YMCA in the United States.
All members have access to use the entire facility, group fitness classes and child watch. Also, we have year round sports programs for youth and adults, also, we provide Summer day camp, parent morning out, after-school program, homeschool program etc. educational support programs.
PWR!® (Parkinson Wellness Recovery), the Parkinson’s Disease exercise program was awarded by Parkinson’s Foundation Community Grant in 2020. We are proud to provide this in-person class twice a week to the community.
We also hold many family activities such as Healthy Kids Day®, Family Movie Night, Summer Concert Series, Fall Festival etc. on our beautiful fields.
